Description:
One of the biggest sports events in Mozambique promoted by a brand.
To promote Copa Coca-cola among Mozambicans, increase assistance and event and brand notoriety we have shown that Copa Coca-cola is more than just a sporting event, it’s an event with a strong social and educational component.
A series of actions were created to involve journalists in the Cup, including a football match where they could form a team and play against a participating team (experiencing it first-hand).
In addition, we gave visibility to several real stories of players who had been through the tournament, and who through their testimony proved that football is more than just a sport and that initiatives like this can save/rescue young people.
Sport, in a community like Mozambique, can become the dream of many young people and the possibility for them to experience happy moments.
The competition brought together approximately 2,800 athletes and students from 110 schools across the country.
The project generated 94 articles and around 1.7 million meticais.
